Nothing new...

Picture taken last weekend..Love Carson in Jordan's hat like some type of gangster..

We had a very lazy weekend. Cory went to the dunes with the boys and the kids and I stayed home. We did a little crafts but that pretty much sums up the weekend. It was kinda of nice, to do nothing. But no pictures to share.

We did watch some jets fly over. It was pretty exciting. The kids weren't as impressed as I was (it was too noisy) but I loved it. Carson is really into big jet (something on one of his cartoons) and he kept saying big jet and running to the door. Jordan just walked around with her fingers in her ears waiting for it to come back. We would hear it and run out side. Very classy I know, but I was trying to iron at the same time.

Cory is home now and the kids were so excited to see him and wanted to help him unload. Which gave me a little bit of a break, so I went and got a coffee and take and bake pizza. Now we are just being lazy and watching TV (of course). Hope everyone has a good week.

We have an appt on wed with the people who have been evaluating Carson for autism. They pretty much said without saying that he is. He has many traits that lean to autism. I think he is sometimes, but other times I just think he kooky. He has really trying to talk this weekend. He is copying everything I say. It is not very clear but it is the same length and sounds like I am saying. So we will see what the specialist think. We are also going to have his hearing checked (but I know he can hear). He is such a sweet and easy going kid, he makes being his mom so easy (where as Jordan is very BUSY). I love that girl but she asks sooooo many questions. But she and I were talking today about the different colors of animals and I told her animals were different colors like people and she said people were all the same color (gray). I love that about her. Carson is just so easy to be with. He is happy about everything. love those kids!!! I will keep you posted.

Good luck with the testing! Another friend of mine was just having the same trouble as you and it turns out her son has hearing loss. He can hear some, but not enough to develop a normal speech pattern. She is so happy to have him diagnosed because now they can help him.
