Our month of May 2009

Hello... Jordan and I went to the rodeo here in town. It was a really special night that we went. It was Breat Cancer Awareness night. Everyone was asked to wear pink....The had a special part of the show where they walked around a rider less horse to represent people that had died from cancer. It totally made me cry and made me think of mother in law who lost her life to cancer several years ago and is dearly missed by all that knew her...Love you Cali Anne Deming!!!! Jordan loved the rodeo and even got to ride a pony before the rodeo started. She was so tired when we got home. After she took a bath she fell asleep on the couch.

Carson is doing really well with his potty training. Last night he was just about to lay down and go to bed but told me he had to poop and we went in and he did go poop. I was so proud of him and it is so funny because he is soooooo proud of himself also. I had bought several small toys to give him after he poops. (okay...I have resorted to bribing him!) I gave him a small police car. He laid in his bed for 30 minutes or so just playing with that car before going to bed. He is so cute.

Jordan and Carson played so well together last night (which is somewhat rare around here). The were playing with the stick horses. I wanted Carson to go potty so I had taken off his big boy underwear and before he went to the bathroom he took a ride on the stick horse with no pants on. Of course I had to take a picture. Love that little bare bottom! While they were playing sweetly the decided to hide in our bathroom closet. Which is funny since I could see them perfectly. The funny thing is I very rarely get a cute picture of the two of them together. But I love this picture of them.

Well, I think that sums up our month of may. Hope June is happy and healthy.
